Terms of Service
Last updated 15 September 2026.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or purchasing a course on WarinHari Academy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement, or have a guardian do so on your behalf.
Courses & access
- Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content.
- Access is for your own learning — you may not share, resell, or redistribute content.
- Course availability, features (including AI-assisted lessons and tutoring), and content may change or be updated over time.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) on each course page. Payments are processed securely by PayFast and Yoco; we do not store your card details. Purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service — including attempting to bypass payment or access controls, scraping content, or using the platform to harass others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Intellectual property
All course content and platform materials are owned by WarinHari Academy or its licensors and are protected by law. Your licence to access content does not transfer any ownership.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
