WarinHari Academy (operated by WarinHari Learn NPC) provides online courses and digital learning content. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Account data: name and email address (via email sign-in or Google).
• Learning data: courses purchased, progress, and activity on the platform.
• Payment data: processed by PayFast and Yoco. We receive confirmation and a payment reference, but not your full card details.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

• To provide your account, deliver purchased courses, and track your progress.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To provide support and send service-related messages.
• To secure the platform and comply with legal obligations.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — notably PayFast and Yoco (payments) and our email/hosting providers — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Sensitive personal fields are encrypted at rest. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.
